How to request an RMA

How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ?

Digital receivers can be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returned item must have all the original packaging and accessories, including but not limited to the original unaltered box, cables, manuals and all other items included with the product. Returned items must not exhibit any physical damage.

To create an RMA you need to go to our shopping cart area and login to your account

  • Click on Order History
  • Search for the order for which you wish to request an RMA
  • Click on its number or status and the order detail page opens
  • Click on the Create Return Request link. If you do not see this link it means that either the item is not returnable or that the time limit had been exceeded.
  • Fill in the return form including the reason for the return request.
  • You will receive a response from our staff within one business day
  • Print the "ReturnID" number on the outside of the box
