Viewsat Extreme/Ultra boot and main software loader cable.
Null modem and specially wired extension. DP9 female all ends.
You no longer need to open the Viewsat cover and change jumpers to load new boot software. This special cable is two cables in one, it is both null modem for loading the main software and specially wired boot cable that will allow you to load the Viewsat Extreme boot software without opening the cover and changing jumpers. This cable works on all our Viewsat Extreme receivers that were manufactured after 09/20/2006 such as our models. If you have an older manufacturing date model, you can just use it as a null modem cable.

Connect the single end to your computer. When loading the boot software connect the short end to your receiver. When loading the main software connect the long end to your receiver.
